Terms of service

A subscription grants one person a licence to install and use ExecIntelligence on their own devices for the term you pay for. The licence is personal to you and your named devices; you may revoke and re-issue your key at any time, which cuts every device holding the old key instantly.

Every founding-cohort place includes the first 7 days free. No payment is taken at application. You judge the product on its output during the trial and continue only if it earns it.

The founding-cohort rate is £300 per month, fixed for life for members who join in that cohort. The standard rate after the cohort closes is £500 per month. Team licences are priced on enquiry. Billing, invoices, card details and cancellation are handled in a dedicated billing portal; card data never touches this site.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal, with no email or call required. Cancelling turns off the layer, not your knowledge: you keep your vault, every report and every register, in plain markdown you own.

Use the product lawfully and within your own obligations. You are responsible for the material you connect and for any decisions you take. The product will not suggest, predict or indicate an outcome that is yours to judge, such as a grade, a verdict or a valuation.

Your vault stays on your device and is never copied to our servers. Where you use mobile capture, we act as your processor for that task under a written processing agreement, as set out in the Privacy page. You remain the controller of your own data throughout.

We aim to keep the service available and served over enterprise-grade, globally distributed infrastructure. If the service ever ended, you would lose nothing: your knowledge is plain markdown in folders you own, readable by any tool, with nothing held hostage because we never held a copy of your vault.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. The product supports your judgement; it does not replace it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
