Where you choose to use mobile capture, that recording is processed by us as your processor, under a written agreement, and deleted on completion. You are the controller of your own data throughout.

Refusals, by design
Local Only mode: what it will not take, and cannot be made to take.
Turn Local Only mode on and the cloud path is closed: no uploads, no mobile capture, nothing transmitted. Off by default. On the moment your contract requires it. Built for anyone under obligations that restrict where client material may go.
RefusedIn Local Only mode there are no uploads at all, and no upload control is exposed.
RefusedIt refuses personal identifiers, names, reference numbers, dates of birth, and tells you which obligation the refusal protects. For an assessor that means learner data; for a consultant, client identifiers.
HeldIt holds none of the material you are contracted not to share. Not an awarding organisation's fee tables or criteria, not a client's privileged files, not a regulator's correspondence. You enter your own rates; we never see theirs.
PublicIt works from public sources and cites them every time. For an assessor that is the apprenticeship standards published free on GOV.UK, with the criterion code on every citation.
RefusedIt will not suggest, predict, hint at or indicate an outcome that is yours to judge, a grade, a verdict, a valuation.
LoggedEvery session is logged, and you can export that log as a PDF and hand it to your client, your regulator or your awarding organisation.
Nothing to ask permission for, because in this mode there is nothing of theirs to ask about.
