ExecIntelligence is operated by S.K.E. Media Group Ltd ("we", "us"). For material held in your own vault, you are the controller of your data and we act only where you ask us to. You can reach us at hello@execintelligence.ai.

The intelligence layer reads the files on your own device, in place. There is no upload of your vault, no copy of it on our servers, and it is never used to train anything. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing on our side to breach or lose.

If you record on your phone, that recording is sent to our infrastructure, transcribed, turned into a draft report, and delivered to your vault. For that task we act as your processor, under a written processing agreement, on your instruction only. The recording is retained only as long as the job takes and is then deleted. If you would rather nothing ever left your device, turn mobile capture off and the local path is unaffected.

When Local Only mode is on, the cloud path is closed entirely: no uploads, no mobile capture, nothing transmitted. It is off by default and on the moment your obligations require it.

To run your licence we hold your email address, your licence and device records, your preferences, and billing status. Payment card details are handled in a dedicated billing portal and never touch this site. Sign-in is by magic link, so we hold no password.

You can access, correct, export or delete the account data we hold. One button exports everything your account holds, in the open format it already lives in. Cancelling turns off the layer, not your knowledge: your vault, reports and registers remain plain markdown in folders you own.
